About this Progression

In this video Debbie guides you through a simple, restorative backbending sequence designed to cool and calm your system post workouts.  Dynamic bridge pose helps release the low back and shoulders.  When combined with a long, even inhale and exhale following the movements this series can be the perfect post wod cool down.  It can also serve as a warm up if you perform the sequence after some running or rowing.  Perfect for pre or post pull ups, dips, or lifting!
