About this Progression

Coach Carl Paoli author of Freestyle: The Book says that mastering the basics is the most important thing you can do in your training.  In this video, Debbie guides you through classical Surya Namaskar B (Sun Salutation B) one of the most basic and important yoga warm up sequences.  This well rounded series will warm up your shoulders, hips, back, ankles, quads, and hamstrings for any workout on the menu.  Combine it with some running, rowing, or jumping rope and you'll be good to go for just about anything!  Make sure you do this pre workout as a warm up instead of a cool down.
