My name is Debbie Steingesser. I’m a Yoga Alliance Experienced Teacher at the 500-hour level, CrossFit Level-2 Trainer, and Certified MobilityWOD Coach based in Santa Cruz, CA. As I walk through the parking lot gate, I hear Mumford & Sons blasting from the muffled speakers.
